Table Layout

• The database consists of rows (records) and columns (fields).
• Each row represents an individual AMC project.
• Each column represents a data field: Project Title, Subaward, Contractor, Status, Budget, Description, Links, Region, Location, Seaweed / Shellfish, Grant Component

Grouping 

• By default, the database is “Grouped” by Grant Component and then sorted alphabetically by Project Title.
• This is useful for organizing data by categories such as subaward or region.

Sorting 

• By default, the database is “Sorted” alphabetically by Project Title.
• Click on a column header and select “Sort” to arrange records in ascending or descending order.
• Multiple sorts can be applied for better organization.

Filtering 

• Use the “Filter” option at the top to refine results.
• By default, no filters are selected.

Searching

• Use the search feature [icon in the top right] to quickly highlight keywords in records and cells.

Expanding Records

• Each record, or row, can be expanded into a popup view. This is helpful for longer fields, such as description.
• On the left side, click the expanding arrow to open a detailed view of the record.
• Some cells, when selected, also display expanding arrow. Click these to open a detailed view of the record.
